Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of phelos.net and to valeting and detailing work carried out by Phelo's Performance & Detailing in Maynooth, Kilcock and the wider North Kildare area. Irish law applies and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.

Enquiries sent through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once we reply by email or message agreeing a date, time and price.

Prices shown (full valet from €150 for a standard car to €200 for an SUV; mini valet from €50 to €80) are guide prices. Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, stains or oversized vehicles may need extra time and we will agree any change in price with you before starting.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Where you book as a consumer at a distance or off-premises, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start the work within that period, you may be charged for what has already been carried out.

Please remove valuables, personal items and loose belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

We take care with every car, but we cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects that cleaning reveals, such as failing lacquer, existing scratches, stone chips, worn trim, aftermarket wraps or films, or damage caused by previous poor repairs. Some stains, odours and swirl marks cannot be fully removed.

Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. Invoices are issued for business customers on request.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, our liability for any single job is limited to the price paid for that job.

Photos, videos, text and the Phelo's logo on this site belong to us and may not be reused without permission. Guides and articles on the site are general information only, not advice for your specific vehicle.
